Welcome to the Run MONOPOLY Series! By accessing or using this website and registering for our events, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a Run MONOPOLY Series event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, along with any policies referenced herein.

2. Participant Requirements

• Participants must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
• By registering, you certify that you are physically fit and capable of participating in the event.
• Participants under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian complete their registration and agree to these terms on their behalf.

3. Event Participation

• Events are held rain or shine unless otherwise notified by the organizer.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify event details, such as start times, locations, and routes, to ensure participant safety or address unforeseen circumstances.
• Participants must follow all instructions from event staff, volunteers, and officials at all times.

4. Registration and Payment

• All registrations are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances (refer to our Refund Policy for details).
• Registrations may be deferred to future Run MONOPOLY Series events or transferred to another participant according to the guidelines outlined in our Refund Policy.
• Payment processing fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward other participants, volunteers, staff, and spectators.

Any disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in disqualification and removal from the event without a refund.

6. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability

Participation in the Run MONOPOLY Series involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or property damage.

By registering, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the event and agree to hold harmless the organizer, sponsors, partners, and affiliates from any claims or liability arising from your participation.

7. Intellectual Property

All event-related branding, logos, and promotional materials are the intellectual property of the Run MONOPOLY Series and may not be used without prior written permission.

8. Photography and Media Release

By participating in the event, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, and voice in event photos, videos, and other promotional materials.

You waive any rights to compensation or approval for such use.

9. Privacy Policy

Your personal information collected during registration is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to process your registration and facilitate event logistics.

10. Force Majeure

The organizer is not responsible for any delay, modification, or cancellation of the event due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.

11. Modification of Terms

The Run MONOPOLY Series reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the website or participation in our events constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
